Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Before returning the product(s), you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about your return. This email must be send within 25 days after delivery of the order. The return shipment must be send within 30 after delivery.

– Promotion products
– Customized products
– Discount products (end of range,…)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you bought your items with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card of the value of the returned products.
If you used a discount, you will only receive the value of the product(s).
If you used a unique discount code OR the discount period expired, you won’t receive a new discount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
